Activity Suggestion

Activity Suggestion: You know that manufacturing in Missouri changed life in many ways. You might want to talk in your broadcast about what needs are met in Missouri because of this industry. Missourians buy cars, electronics and food produced in Missouri. Missouri also makes money by exporting these goods to other states and countries. Manufacturing has had positive effects on the economy of Missouri. It can also have some negative effects. If a product cannot be produced at the rate that people want to buy it, prices go up. If you talk about how the manufacturing has changed Missouri, present both the good and the bad effects.
